My name is Elaine.

I’m a wife & mom of two with a deep love for Jesus, coffee, a good book, and getting crafty. My life took an exciting turn in early 2024 when I began sharing my simple sourdough method with small groups in my home. What started as a cozy kitchen endeavor blossomed when a local coffeeshop offered me the chance to teach a larger public class. That "yes" moment sparked the creation of Hello Simple.
