Welcome to Hello Simple, LLC! By booking a class with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure a positive, smooth experience for everyone attending our events and using our services.

Bookings & Payment
Class registrations can be made through our website or through the venue hosting the class. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and we accept major credit and debit cards through a secure checkout system.

Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life gets busy! You may cancel your class booking up to 72 hours before the event to receive a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before class are non-refundable. If something comes up, you may request to reschedule your class instead of receiving a refund, as long as it’s within the 72-hour window and subject to availability. If you do not attend your scheduled class without notifying us, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Class Conduct
Our sourdough classes are relaxed, beginner-friendly, and fun! We kindly ask that participants arrive on time and treat the event space, venue, tools, and fellow guests with respect. There are no formal safety instructions and no age requirements, but we recommend minors be accompanied by an adult. Respectful participation helps ensure a great experience for everyone involved.

Liability Disclaimer
By attending a Hello Simple event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Hello Simple, LLC is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in a class.

Intellectual Property
All class content, recipes, instructional materials, and brand visuals shared during classes or on our website are the intellectual property of Hello Simple, LLC. These may not be copied, shared, or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

Privacy & Data Use
We collect customer information (such as your name and email address) to communicate about your class booking, send reminders, and occasionally share helpful blog updates or newsletters. You may opt in to receive our newsletter during checkout, and can unsubscribe anytime.

Your personal information is never shared or sold to third parties. We use tools like Google Analytics to better understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve user experience.
