Large mixing bowl (any material, 4 quart or larger) & dish towel (big enough to cover your bowl)

We will start class by assembling your own dough for a delicious, classic loaf of Sourdough bread. Then we will dive in to all things Sourdough. How to feed, care, and maintain the well established, 106 year old starter that you will take home.

You will be provided all-purpose, unbleached flour to assemble your dough and feed your starter. You are welcome to bring your own flour if you prefer.

NO! Sourdough is simple. As with learning any new hobby is does take time and repetition, but you will be baking delicious bread (and more!) in no time.

Class fees charged should appear as HELLOSIMPLE SRDGH CLAS on your bank statement.
However, depending on how your financial institution processes the charge it may also appear as HELLO SIMPLE, ELAINE DUBE, or SOURDOUGH HS.
